We provide Australia's highest standard of cleaning for high risk care facilities using the fully integrated Interclean Microfibre Program. This ensures standard infection control precautions are taken at all times to keep your residents safe. Contaminants, bacteria, and therefore illnesses, are not passed on by the cleaner from one room to the next as equipment is single use.
With the Microfibre Mopping System, the microfiber pad is changed after every room, thereby reducing the risk of cross contamination. Studies have shown that our system can reduce the amount of water and chemicals used by up to 95%. Our cleaning schedules are designed to ensure minimal interruption to your business.
Our fully integrated Laundry Program is tailored to your needs and preferences. Services include professional labelling of resident garments, stocktake of linen, wash distribution record maintenance, collection and delivery of washed garments, management of infectious linen, ironing facilities, maintenance of delicates and woollens, coordination of dry-cleaning services, and a towel & linen maintenance program.
We provide a complete specialised program including stripping and sealing of hard floors, carpet steam cleaning, grounds maintenance, outbreak management, and pressure washing.
All audits are conducted via our Majestic Cleaning Audit App and Laundry Audit App. As soon as the audit is completed, the Audit Report is automatically generated and a Corrective Action Report is issued to staff to rectify concerns should they arise. Results are forwarded to the Facility Manager on the day the audit is completed.
Photographic evidence is provided with Corrective Action Reports for education purposes and verification where required. Our commitment to excellence ensures that continuous and open communication with clients is maintained to resolve any matters should they arise.

With our microfibre system, you never use a mop and bucket that could carry germs from room to room. A clean Microfibre cover is used for each new room and floors are mopped with pre-soaked clean solution. This reduces the risk of cross contamination as it eliminates custodial mopping techniques where used solution is shared amongst areas.

Staff are instructed and understand their infection prevention and control responsibilities from the initial orientation program and regularly thereafter.
Our systems and processes have been designed to improve the quality and consistency of cleaning and laundry, and reduce each facility's risk of infectious outbreaks and the spread of germs. At the same time, we have simplified reporting compliance, and enhance the environment for residents, their representatives, the staff and the community as a whole.
Evidence based stringent Outbreak Management systems and processes are in place in the case of an outbreak to support facilities to counteract and minimise the spread. This reduces the prevalence of residents acquiring preventable residential aged care associated infections.
When notified of an outbreak or potential outbreak, additional precautions are implemented immediately. The particular outbreak management policy and procedure is activated to counteract and reduce the risk of further spread of infection. Cleaning and Laundry staff are required to follow the instructions and guidelines in the Outbreak Manual and sign off on tasks as they are completed to verify all action taken to support the facility team to minimise the risk of further spread.
