All audits are conducted via our Majestic Cleaning Audit App and Laundry Audit App. As soon as the audit is completed, the Audit Report is automatically generated and a Corrective Action Report is issued to staff to rectify concerns should they arise. Results are forwarded to the Facility Manager on the day the audit is completed.

With our microfibre system, you never use a mop and bucket that could carry germs from room to room. A clean Microfibre cover is used for each new room and floors are mopped with pre-soaked clean solution. This reduces the risk of cross contamination as it eliminates custodial mopping techniques where used solution is shared amongst areas.

Evidence based stringent Outbreak Management systems and processes are in place in the case of an outbreak to support facilities to counteract and minimise the spread. This reduces the prevalence of residents acquiring preventable residential aged care associated infections.
When notified of an outbreak or potential outbreak, additional precautions are implemented immediately. The particular outbreak management policy and procedure is activated to counteract and reduce the risk of further spread of infection. Cleaning and Laundry staff are required to follow the instructions and guidelines in the Outbreak Manual and sign off on tasks as they are completed to verify all action taken to support the facility team to minimise the risk of further spread.
